Leisure & Sport : Fishing in Carmarthenshire
Swiss Valley Upper Reservoir

The Upper Lliedi Reservoir opened in 1903, and Llanelli Angling Association has been fishing there since it's opening until the present day, and now celebrate their centenary at the reservoir. The association in conjunction with the council are responsible for the day to day management of the reservoir which is gratefully leased on from Welsh Water.
The 33 acre lake is stocked fortnightly with fish ranging up to 5lbs. The lake is a fly fishing only water for rainbows and browns ( all browns to be returned to the water live ). There is a four fish limit.
